To Maor, being a mastering engineer is the best way possible to combine his love and passion for music. Highly motivated by a sheer need to create, Maor pursued his love for his profession and the will to make it a full-time job; he relocated to California and worked as a recording, mixing and mastering engineer for the producer Sylvia Massy-Shivy at Radiostar Studios. During that time he worked with bands like Econoline Crush, COG and Supe Lisa Haley. In recent years, Maor decided to focus on mastering and currently he has his own mastering facility in LA where he mastered works of various producers and mixers like Roy Z, Ryan Greene, Sylvia Massy, Tue Madsen, Chris Tsangarides, Simon Vinestock, Rich Veltrop, Greg Hampton, Fabrizio Grossi, Ben Schigel. Stan Katayama, Ulrich Wild, Logan Mader and more. Maor has had the pleasure of mastering recordings for major international artists such as Sepultura, Yngwie, Malmsteen, Halford, Fight, Armored Saint, Lita Ford, Seven the Hardway, Marco Mendoza, Angra, Treponem Pal, Wayne Hussey, Therion, Cynic, Nekromantix, The Top Chops and many more.
